I finally found where to use my scripting abilities on Secondlife. The french population increased tremendously since january. Lots of french regions appeared, and among them an amusement park.

The name is "Les Gaulois", look it up in the region "Imagination Isle". It's not fantastic but it's just a start. They needed scripting help and I'll provide that ; I already did some ball that gives random freebies to a random person every so often. But I hope I can work on the attractions too, because some of them are a bit weird in their function, like a swing-type attraction where the seat moves 90 degree at a time near instantaneously ; no sense of inertia at all.

I don't do it for money (although I want it), but to get more known and maybe have people contact me for paying projects (serious non-floppity ones >_> ).

I used the extended LSL language my friend did already for this project, it looks like it'll be a good gain of time.

A few days ago I told a friend I'd try to see him in his dream on that night. I met him again and he told me that he saw me ; I waved hi to him in his dream. It's nice.

I logged on tonight on SL, on my little 16 square meters piece of land that host the lottery object. I was going to work on a LSL parser that a friend started ; but a steam powered robot approached and started a conversation.
I finally asked him whether he had seen the sim "Suffugium", a sim which I had visited recently and that was cyberpunk themed. I though it'd interest him, and it did! We went there and there was a blue fox there among the crowd of people chatting at the sim entrance. He's french too, and we talked a bit because of that.

It turns out he's into reality hacking. I'm not familiar with the term but it's about modifying the percetion one has of the world. I asked if it was related to paradigm shifts ; he said it's very related. And he's also an anarchist, and we hailed Eris as a bye. I'm sure he's not surprised or bothered by what I am (it's in my profile, very clear ; and he read it since he saw I was french in it). I'm very happy about tonight.

That sim seems to have interesting people, I'll hang there more ; it beats my piece of grass in the middle of nowhere.
